All Master Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers NZ (Master Plumbers) members must complete a Quality Assurance review of their business, and adhere to a Code of Practice and Code of Conduct, promoting best business practice.

Master Plumbers 12-month residental guarantee provides protection from loss of an advance payment and substandard workmanship. In addition, they provide a complaints service in the unlikely event that you have workmanship issues with your Master Plumber, Gasfitter or Drainlayer.

The New Zealand Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (PGDB) is the statutory body established under the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006 to regulate the above trades.
